Enter total ad spend and total attributed revenue instead of averaging individual ROAS percentages. This example assumes the same period and currency, with no duplicated revenue between campaigns.
| Campaign | Ad spend (USD) | Attributed revenue (USD) | ROAS |
|---|---|---|---|
| A | 100 | 500 | 500% |
| B | 900 | 900 | 100% |
| Total | 1,000 | 1,400 | 140% |
Enter spend 1000 and revenue 1400 to get 140%, or 1.4×. The simple average (500% + 100%) ÷ 2 = 300% is not the combined ROAS because spend differs. This tool has no campaign-list aggregation feature; total the inputs first. Check that the same revenue is not counted in multiple advertising reports. ROAS is not a profit margin and does not deduct product costs or fees.
Compare relative changes with the percentage calculatorROAS (%) = ad-attributed revenue ÷ ad spend × 100. The ratio is revenue ÷ spend. ROAS is undefined when spend is zero.
Only revenue and ad spend are equal. Product costs, shipping and fees can still result in a loss.
Use attributed revenue for the same reporting period and attribution window. Keep tax treatment consistent.
It depends on your costs and target profit. This calculator does not prescribe a universal profitable threshold.
Yes. Positive spend with zero attributed revenue gives 0% ROAS. Zero spend cannot be used as the denominator.
No. The currency selector is for display only. Convert spend and revenue to the same currency before entering them; dividing amounts in different currencies does not produce a comparable ROAS.
