Choose a photo or capture a video frame.

Photo, captured frame and settings stay in this browser. No device sync. Clearing site data may remove your draft. Files are not sent to our server.

How to use

  1. Choose a photo, or seek through a video and use a frame.
  2. Enter your title and adjust one of five templates, text styles, position and photo crop.
  3. Download PNG or JPG, then select it as your cover in Instagram.

How it works

Output is 1080×1920px (9:16). Photos fill the canvas without changing proportions, cropping excess edges. Adjust zoom and position. Long titles shrink to fit the text area.

Common questions

Does this upload to Instagram?

No. Download an image and choose it as your cover in Instagram.

Is the full video saved?

No. Only the selected still frame is retained in your draft. The video is opened locally in your browser.

Where is my draft stored?

In IndexedDB in this browser, including the image and title settings. It restores in the same browser, without cross-device sync. Clearing site data or private browsing can remove it.

Is the crop guide an exact Instagram preview?

No. It illustrates a centered 3:4 crop. Actual display varies by placement and app version. Guides are excluded from downloads.

What are the file limits?

PNG, JPG and WebP photos up to 20MB; videos up to 100MB with a browser-supported codec. Source images are stored with a maximum long edge of 2560px. Enlarging small images does not restore missing detail.

Which fonts and transparency are supported?

Sans, serif and monospace use fonts available on your device, so appearance can vary. Transparent photo areas become white.
