Tool inputs and files
Calculations, text, image processing and label generation run in your browser. There is no tool-input file upload to ToolTava servers. Downloaded results are saved on your device. If you submit prompts or photos to an external AI service, that service’s privacy policy applies.
Label data on this device
The label tool automatically saves product names, barcodes, quantities, draft input and output settings in this browser’s IndexedDB. There is no account or cross-device synchronization. Clear the list to remove products and draft text, or delete tooltava.com site data in browser settings to remove stored information. Export a CSV backup first if needed. Private browsing or browser cleanup may erase this data.
Analytics and hosting
Google Analytics may process visited pages, referrals, device details, approximate location and events such as tool completion or download initiation. Tool events do not include entered text, filenames, images or barcodes. Do not put personal information in URLs. Cloudflare may process connection information such as IP addresses for delivery and security.
Advertising and cookies
The site includes Google AdSense code. Google and third-party advertising vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this and other websites. You can manage Google and partner ad personalization through Google Ad Settings below. Disabling personalization does not stop all ads or all data processing.
Your controls
You can block cookies or delete site data in browser settings. A Google Analytics opt-out add-on is linked below. Advertising and analytics storage defaults to denied for the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Review your choices when a consent message is shown. This notice is not a substitute for consent.
